Beta draft. These terms are for Ureri's invite-only beta and will be reviewed by a lawyer before Ureri is offered commercially.
What Ureri is.
Ureri is an app for running a family: shared plans, budgets, lists, meals, the home, and a record of each child's life. During the beta Ureri is offered free of charge to people we invite.
Your account.
- You must be 18 or older to create an adult account. Accounts for children are created and controlled by a parent or guardian.
- Keep your password and any two-factor codes private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don't share your sign-in with others; invite them instead.
Families, roles and access.
- The person who creates a family is its owner. Owners and partners can see everything in the family.
- Owners and partners can invite caregivers and viewers and choose exactly which children and areas they can see. You're responsible for who you invite and what you share with them.
- A child can be linked to two households. Each household controls its own caregivers and its own money and plans.
- Kid accounts are switched on by the child's primary guardian. Parents can pause or remove them at any time.
Your content.
Everything you put in Ureri (notes, photos, receipts, records about your children) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide Ureri to you and the people you share it with. We don't sell your content and we don't use it to advertise to you.
AI features.
Some features use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini), for example reading a receipt or suggesting meals. To do this, the relevant content is sent to those providers for processing. AI suggestions can be wrong. Never rely on Ureri for medical, legal or financial decisions; health guidance in Ureri is general and does not replace your child's doctor.
The beta.
The beta may change, break, or lose features. We'll try hard not to lose data, but please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable (Settings → Your data → Export). We may end the beta. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
Acceptable use.
Don't use Ureri to break the law, to harm or track anyone without their consent, to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to try to get into another family's data.
Ending your account.
You can delete your account or your whole family at any time (Settings → Your data, or /delete-account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes.
When we change these terms we'll publish a new version, keep the old ones readable, and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
Liability.
Ureri is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by relying on AI suggestions.
