Delete your account
You can delete your Ureri account and your family's data at any time.
If you can sign in, the fastest way is Settings → Your data. Owners can delete the whole family there; anyone else can leave a family or delete their own account.
What happens: your family's encryption keys are destroyed straight away, so health records, photos, notes and money can never be read again. Remaining records are removed within 30 days, and the last key backups expire within 7 days.
A child shared with another household stays with that household. Only your family's link to them is removed.
Can't sign in?
Send a request and we'll email your account a link to confirm it. Nothing is deleted unless you do.
